"My experience with the John Sules Agency goes back 42 years. I wrote my first policy with John for coverage on my car. Over the years I've added vehicles and multiple homes. Over those years I've had claims. Of those claims I've "never" had any problem or issue or problem with resolution of the claim. One in particular was Hurricane Floyd, I was in Buffalo when a huge Maple tree fell on my house and totally destroyed the roof. The tree was embedded in my home. From Buffalo I called John Sules at his home and asked him what I should do. His reply was not too worry, he would take care of it and he did. Two days later when I arrived home the tree was no longer in my house and the adjuster had already been there. The estimate for repair was submitted, reviewed and approved. The repairs were completed, the insurance coverage took care of everything, and I mean everything and I was back in my home.

Over the years there has been claims. The John Sules Agency handled everything. All I had to do was ask. I never had a problem or even a question.

Over these years I dealt with one Agent assigned to my account. I never had to worry about anything. She always took care of whatever it was.

I must add the one agent I dealt with for so many years retired and a few days ago I had a small issue, and I met my new contact, John Gianos. It was handled before I arrived home.

Ive heard of other companies that offer lower rates. I've seen the ads on TV and heard on radio. I've had others ask why I won't switch. My answer to those questions is found in what I just wrote.

The support and service Ive received all these years from John and his staff is beyond equal in my experience and opinion.

Speaking for myself I believe you get what you pay for.

"Not the right insurance agency for customers. Their pricing isn’t competitive, and they tend to increase premiums by around 20% every six months—even without any claims or legitimate explanation. The staff has been unhelpful, indifferent and oftentimes rude. There are also some concerns around how paperwork is handled, which is troubling (think scam and hiding the funds). I’d steer clear."
