"I called John Sule's agency (I have been a customer since ~ 1984) to make a claim for my Silverado. I was transferred to John Gianos who captured the requisite information and within a half hour set me up with a well-respected body shop and a rental car company. We then had a conversation during which Mr. Gianos walked me through the process, explained my options and offered an attentive ear if I had any further questions or concerns (of which I availed myself). In addition to Mr. Gianos' 5 star service level, upon a simple inquiry he provided me estimates for our family's cars highlighting the premium differences based on variable deductibles.
